(1) Vendor needs to provide adult and child psychological services to the government authority located in Michigan.– Provide Psychological Services; including psychological testing, functional behaviour assessments, behaviour plans, and training/monitoring/reporting, for adults and children that are eligible for Behaviour Health Treatment (BHT).– Comprehensive psychological and behavioural health services for eligible children, adolescents, and adults.• Comprehensive psychological evaluations and testing • Functional Behavioural Assessments (FBA) • Development, implementation, and monitoring of Behaviour Treatment Plans (BTP) • Positive Behavioral Support (PBS) interventions • Behavior Treatment Plan Review Committee (BTPRC) support activities • Staff, caregiver, and family training • Ongoing behavioral monitoring, reporting, and outcome tracking (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than June 30, 2026.
