Adult Behavioral Health Outpatient Services

The County of Orange, Health Care Agency (hereinafter referred to as “County”), is soliciting proposals from qualified firms (hereinafter referred to as “Respondents”) for Adult Behavioral Health Outpatient Services. These services will focus on providing Specialty Mental Health Services (SMHS) program (W&I Code section 14184.400(a)), in an outpatient clinic setting targeting adults living with a serious mental illness including: community reintegration, linkage to physical health care, and supportive community services, with locations throughout Orange County. Respondents must meet the minimum qualifications and requirements as set forth within the RFP and be capable of providing services identified in the Scope of Work herein.
