Sarasota County intends to renew a sole source procurement with Life Technologies Corporation for the provision of Quantstudio 5 maintenance services, repairs, and parts. In the event respondents demonstrate the ability to supply the same or substantially similar products and/or services, the County may, in its sole discretion, elect to cancel this sole source and advertise a competitive solicitation. The County is not interested in responses from respondents not authorized by Thermo Fisher Scientific to sell these products/services to the County.
