Information Technology Asset Disposition Services

Central Ohio Transit Authority ("Authority") is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide professional Information Technology Asset Disposition (ITAD), electronic waste recycling, and secure data destruction services for information technology infrastructure equipment and electronic devices. The Authority seeks a vendor that can securely manage the collection, transportation, processing, recycling, and destruction of data-bearing devices while maintaining environmental compliance, complete chain-of-custody documentation, and industry-recognized certifications. Preference will be given to firms operating within the Greater Columbus Metropolitan Area to facilitate responsive service, reduced transportation costs, and improved environmental sustainability.
