Rangeline Injection Wells

Pursuant to the Port St. Lucie City Code of Ordinance, Section 35.07 , and section 287.055, Florida Statutes (Consultants’ Competitive Negotiations Act), the City of Port St. Lucie, a Florida Municipal corporation (“City”) is requesting Proposals from qualified firms to provide Design & Permitting of (2) Class I Deep Injection wells and one (1) monitoring well at the future WTF potential for a third Class I deep injection well and second monitoring well at a secondary site, to be determined, to the City of Port St. Lucie (hereinafter, “City”) as further described in this E-RFP.
