(1) Vendor needs to provide SLATE admissions platform.– Obtain an enterprise web form builder platform– Accountability and desire to work together to form a mutually beneficial long–term partnership.– Proactive in communicating and following up on issues and working to find areas of improvement.– Needs Assessment to include:– workflow optimization and process improvement (operational efficiency) (database audit)– Communication flow (audit)– Reports/Queries– Custom datasets and portals– Dashboards (real time analytics and ROI dashboards)– Staff training, documentation, and technical troubleshooting– Slate CRM optimization– Automate tasks like transcript evaluation, document verification, grading scale conversion– AI–driven automation for improved student experiences and institutional success.(2) A mandatory pre–proposal meeting will be held on June 24, 2026.(3) All questions must be submitted no later than June 9, 2026.(4) The contract period will be for four years.
