(1) Vendor needs to provide consulting services to the government authority located in Ashburn, VA.– Provide support the implementation of a comprehensive leadership development system.– Provide direction for current and aspiring leaders, and align all leadership roles across the division.– Design and develop a comprehensive professional learning curriculum aligned to the profile of a leader to deliver internally.– Dynamic learning designs to include multimedia, current research, case studies that require application to real leadership practice, etc.– Develop protocols and expectations that ensure consistent and meaningful use across leader groups.– Training for talent development staff and designated facilitators.– Measurement, monitoring, and continuous improvement.– Professional learning curriculum and facilitation materials for division wide use.– Measurement tools, frameworks, and supporting documentation.– Align all integration to the broader implementation strategy so that resources are embedded in practice and not used in isolation.– Leadership development programs.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than July 17,2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
