(1) Vendor needs to provide battery storage optimization software.– Provide a software solution to optimize the use of Platte River’s 100MW/400MWh Battery Energy Storage System resource (which is currently under construction) and to meet the objectives of the use cases.– The software solution should be scalable to add potential future resources as well.– All system/software licenses, including applicable third–party licenses.– Completion of test events, including resolution of identified defects, configuration issues, and other issues that prevent the completion of the test events.– The optimization software will help manage the use of the battery while supporting PV operation and shared limitations.– Discharge the battery relative to real–time PV generation at same interconnection to yield a consistent injection.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 20, 2026.
