(1) Vendor needs to provide workforce innovation, opportunity act title adult, dislocated worker and youth service to the government authority located in OK. – Providing high–quality workforce services that support participant success and align with federal and state workforce system goals. – WIOA is designed to help job seekers access employment, education, training,and support services needed to succeed in today’s labor market, while also helping employers connect with skilled workers to remain competitive in a global economy.– Adult and dislocated worker program services provider shall ensure delivery of career and training services through the one–stop delivery system that enable participants to secure or retain employment and increase earnings.– Youth program services provide comprehensive youth program services for eligible youthparticipants, including both in–school and out–of–school youth.– Expected outcomes and performance accountability (2) The contract period will be for one year.
