This Request for Proposal (“RFP”) is being released for the WIOA – Youth Program Services as defined in the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act regulations funded by the Department of Labor. This RFP is an opportunity to allow qualified entities to present Proposals that will assist the Orange County Workforce Development Board (OCWDB) in Partnership with Orange County Community Resources (OCCR)/Orange County Community Services (“OCCS”), a division and subdivision of the County, in selecting an Application that will best meet the needs of the County.
