DRA-10850 - USA (Palm Beach, Florida) - Aerial Helicopter Survey Services - Deadline July 1,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide aerial helicopter survey services to the government authority located in Palm Beach, FL.– Helicopter aerial survey services for Environmental Resources Management Department to assess manatee population and manatee protection efforts throughout the intracoastal waterway (ICW) as well as at ocean inlets and some adjacent canals to the ICW within County boundaries.– Provide all supplies, aircraft, manpower, equipment, fuel, flight fees, and any/all incidental expenses necessary for helicopter aerial survey services as specified herein.– The surveys are conducted to collect data regarding manatee protection efforts.– One helicopter aircraft, preferably a Robinson R44 or equivalent or better, capable of transporting up to three passengers. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than June 24, 2026.
