AI-1151 - USA (California) - After-Hours Artificial Intelligence and Interactive Response Solution - Deadline August 17,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide after–hours artificial intelligence and interactive response solution.– The AI/IVR solution (Project) will serve all calls placed to the illegal dumping hotline during after–hours periods from residents reporting incidents. – After–hours all periods outside normal business hours, including after 5:00 p.m. on weekdays through 8:00 a.m. the following business day, plus all weekends and observed holidays.– Consultant must be available to support configuration to accommodate potential future changes to operational changes. the solution must fully support the clean central intake, triage, and background routing model while reducing manual workload on existing staff.– Typically receives anywhere from five (5) to ten (10) after–hours calls a week.– Discovery, requirements validation, decision tree mapping, and integration planning– Configuration, development, and integration of the AI/IVR application– Testing, user acceptance testing, and pilot– Training, documentation, and knowledge transfer– Go–live, and post–implementation support– Optional on–call engineering support and continuous improvement (time & matieral basis; t&m)(2) A mandatory pre–bid meeting will be held on July 30,2026.(3) All question must be submitted no later than August 3, 2026.
