Description
The City of Richmond (the “City”) is seeking responses to this Request for Proposals for the services of an experienced and professionally qualified engineering firm (the “Contractor”) with substantial professional experience in implementation of capital improvement program (“CIP”) projects to provide complete engineering services and construction administration as related to studies, designs, investigations, and construction of the Department of Public Utilities’ Natural Gas System. It is anticipated that separate contracts will be awarded for the Natural Gas System Engineering services, with award of two or more contracts. The purposes, functions, criteria and general requirements for the scope of work on a particular project or task will be set forth in a Project Task Order issued to the Contractor.
