ABOUT RFP 21216: VTA seeks proposals from qualified environmental engineering consultants to perform hazardous materials abatement on existing structure, air monitoring, disposal of asbestos/lead containing waste, demolition of structure and disposal of construction debris. The consultants will prepare a work assignment (project) specific proposal that contains work scope and approach, project manager and a staffing plan that includes a project team, subcontractors, schedule, and cost. Issuance of a task order to one firm will not preclude it from proposing for additional projects until its contract is exhausted.
