The purpose of this Invitation to Bid is to secure the services of a General Contractor to perform and manage property abatement, demolition, decommissioning, asbestos abatement, and related civil construction work for Pierce County. Pierce County has purchased or may purchase properties, homes and structures in need of services. Pierce County is seeking the service of a qualified General Contractor with minimum of five years’ experience in abatement and demolition with the capacity and capability to perform a variety of projects.
