The City of Norfolk (the “City”) is seeking a qualified contractor to provide window cleaning services at various City facilities. The intent is to provide City departments and agencies with a professional window-washing contractor who will be able to provide timely and quality window cleaning services in accordance with all terms, condition, and specifications of this solicitation. All qualified bidders are invited to respond to this Invitation for Bids (“IFB”) by submitting a bid consistent with the terms, conditions, and specifications stated herein.
