RFP 9205-0-2022/AM Event Personnel and Crowd Management Services

The purpose of this RFP is to obtain event personnel and crowd management services for events at SCOPE, Chrysler Hall, Attucks Theater, Harrison Opera House and other SevenVenues facility events. The City of Norfolk (the “City”) is soliciting Offerors to provide the City’s Department of Cultural Facilities, Arts and Entertainment (CFAE) with first class, front line event personnel. These staff will be representing the City to the public for SCOPE, Chrysler Hall, Attucks Theater, Harrison Opera House and other facility events as requested by the City. The primary goal is to treat the public with care and consideration, providing a positive and safe experience which encourages them to come back to future events. This requires hiring and training of staff with excellent customer service skills.
