WORKFORCE INNOVATION AND OPPORTUNITY ACT (WIOA) ONE-STOP OPERATOR SERVICES

The purpose of the RFP is to identify an appropriate individual or entity to provide coordination of services and daily oversight within the Orange County Comprehensive One-Stop Center, the Orange County Workforce Solutions One-Stop Center (hereinafter referred to as “AJCC One-Stop Center(s)”), satellite locations, and affiliate locations in Orange County. The funding for this project is WIOA funds. This project requires staff with workforce development skills or comparable experience, facility management experience, superior customer service skills, and coordination of system-wide partner services. In addition, the selected Applicant must demonstrate that they possess sufficient non-federal resources at the selected Applicant level to reimburse the County of Orange, State of California or the U.S. Department of Labor (“USDOL”) for any disallowed costs incurred as a result of erroneous and/or other audit findings related to this RFP. The purpose of this RFP is to solicit proposals to provide One-Stop Operator Services as defined in the WIOA of 2014 (Public Law 113-128, Sec 126-129) at http://www.doleta.gov/WIOA , and in subsequent regulations and publications by the USDOL https://www.doleta.gov/wioa , and the County of Orange.
