(1) Vendor needs to provide media campaign, strategic and creative partner services.1. Project management and coordination:– Maintain consistent staffing and provide advance notice of any key personnel changes.2. Brand stewardship and strategic messaging:– Develop a messaging strategy informed by campaign performance data and audience insights that sustains engagement with existing audiences while reaching new employer and employee demographics.3. Annual marketing and media planning:– A campaign strategy grounded in an analysis of the campaign’s performance to date, audience behavior, and the strategic challenge of sustaining impact in the campaign.– Audience research and insights – drawing on available campaign performance data and new research that inform channel selection, creative approach, and targeting strategy.– A 12‑month media calendar outlining planned content, event‑based activations, and general‑awareness efforts, provided in annual segments and submitted at least one month before each segment begins.4. Monthly social media calendars:– Post copy for all active platforms, aligned with the monthly safety theme and the established brand voice.– Graphic design for all social visuals, sized and formatted to current platform specifications.– Provide monthly social media performance reports.5. Audio/visual content production:– 3–5 videos (1:00–3:00 minutes) featuring employer and employee testimonials in support of monthly safety themes.– Includes scripting, production, editing, and delivery in broadcast–ready and digital–optimized formats.6. Paid media execution and reporting:– Execute all media buying, vendor negotiation, contract management, and placement across approved channels.7. Earned media and public relations:– Write and distribute monthly news releases aligned with safety themes, campaign milestones, and noteworthy outcomes or data.– Conduct proactive media pitching to news outlets, trade publications, and relevant digital media.– Facilitate media opportunities related to get home safe events, employer recognition, and campaign announcements.(2) All question must be submitted no later than July 24, 2026.(3) A contract period will be for one year.
