Description
The project location in the County of Santa Cruz is as follows: • Along Rodeo Gulch from Soquel Drive to Capitola Road Work includes completing the site preparation and planting work within 60 working days; and completing maintenance by December 31, 2030. See section 10-1.03 Time Constraints . The engineer's estimate for this project is $193,000. The Contractor must have a State of California C-27 Landscape Contractor’s license. Contractor and all listed subcontractors must be registered with the Department of Industrial Relations pursuant to Section 1725.5 of the Labor Code. Prevailing wages are required on this Contract. The Director of the California Department of Industrial Relations determines the general prevailing wage rates. Obtain the wage rates at the DIR Web site, http://www.dir.ca.gov , or from the Department's Labor Compliance Office of the district in which the work is located.
