Upper Rodeo Revegetation Project - FORMAL Bid Process

The project location in the County of Santa Cruz is as follows: • Along Rodeo Gulch from Soquel Drive to Capitola Road Work includes habitat restoration including site preparation, planting, and maintenance to mitigate for plants previously removed as part of a sewer rehabilitation project. Complete the 2025 site preparation and 2025 planting work within 60 working days. Complete 2026 site preparation and 2026 planting by December 31, 2026. Complete maintenance by December 31, 2031 . S ee section 10-1.03 Time Constraints. The estimated cost of the project is $240,000 The Contractor must have a State of California C-27 Landscape Contractor’s license. Contractor and all listed subcontractors must be registered with the Department of Industrial Relations pursuant to Section 1725.5 of the Labor Code. Prevailing wages are required on this Contract. The Director of the California Department of Industrial Relations determines the general prevailing wage rates. Obtain the wage rates at the DIR Web site, http://www.dir.ca.gov , or from the Department's Labor Compliance Office of the district in which the work is located.
