WALTON SPORTS COMPLEX PICKLEBALL COURTS - PHASE 2

The proposed project consists of the construction of a battery of asphalt pickleball courts to be located at the west end of the Walton Sports Complex. Bidders will need to be experienced in sport court construction and be an active member of the American Sports Courts Builders Association. Vendors interested in bidding will be required to present proof that their business has been active for a minimum of 3 years and demonstrate successful completion of at least three sports court projects per year for the past three years. Bidders will provide a base bid for the construction of two pickleball courts with an alternate price to construct four pickleball courts as depicted in the plan set provided. Location: The Walton Sports Complex is located directly north of Dune Lakes Elementary School at 6435 US Hwy 98 (east of US 331 and west of Inlet Beach). Scope: Project construction will consist of earthwork, base preparation, asphalt paving, acrylic surfacing, chain-link fencing, and court lighting. The contract duration is 150 days to substantial completion with an additional 15 days for punch list completion.
