Englewood Sports Complex Pickleball Improvements

What is the solicitation method? Project includes the construction of four new pickleball courts with associated sidewalks, parking and infrastructure. Work to include clearing, earthwork, underground drainage, utility piping, parking lot improvements, accessory structures and associated electrical and landscaping items as detailed in the plans and specifications. The County anticipates to use a Construction contract with a term of the completion of the project.
