(1) Vendor needs to provide school consultant services to the government authority located in Des Moines, IA. – Facilitation of planning teams:– Facilitate structured planning sessions with district leaders, principals, and instructional staff.– Support teams in translating the district’s school vision into actionable implementation plans.– Project management support:– Work with district leadership to assign tasks, clarify responsibilities, and establish timelines.– Conduct regular follow–up with task owners to ensure timely completion.– Curriculum Identification:– Support teams in identifying and internally developing curriculum materials.– Staffing plan development:– Facilitate development of staffing models appropriate.– Support teams in defining roles, certification requirements, and hiring timelines.– Scheduling and professional development:– Support development of professional development plans.– Coordinate with district departments to ensure PD aligns with district initiatives and resources.– Communication and approval cycles:– Provide monthly written updates to district leadership summarizing progress, upcoming tasks,risks, and decisions needed.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 22, 2026.
