The City of Monterey (“City”) is seeking Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified firms or individuals to prepare a comprehensive Storm Drain Master Plan, hereinafter referred to as the “Master Plan” and an analysis of the fees charged by its established Stormwater Utility. The City is a charter city located in the County of Monterey. The City is approximately 8.5 square miles and is located on the shoreline of the Monterey Bay. The City was founded on June 3, 1770, and now has a population of 30,218 as of the 2020 census.
