(1) Vendor needs to provide electronic signature platform.• Agency is seeking an e–signature platform that could satisfy agency operational requirements below:· Number of users: 50· Number of envelopes used per year: 6,000· Multi–factor Authentication required· Ability to transfer envelopes from one user to another· Uses Public key infrastructure(PKI) or Pretty good privacy (PGP)/OpenGPG· An admin console that allows admin users to create, move, suspend users as well as comprehensive envelope management abilities such as bulk transfer.· Dedicated support team or ticketing system that provide 24/7 software support by email.(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 1, 2026
