Library Special Tax Consultant Services

The Pasadena Public Library is seeking the services of a Library Special Tax Consultant to assist with managing its parcel tax obligations. The consultant will be responsible for providing annual parcel data research and analysis, and calculating the annual parcel taxes for the City Library per the approved tax schedule. The consultant will review current tax laws and regulations related to parcel taxes, analyze the library's current parcel tax situation, identify opportunities for tax savings, assist with compliance, represent the library in any parcel tax disputes, provide ongoing consultation and advice, prepare required documentation and reports, and attend any meetings as required. With the consultant's expertise, the Library will be able to effectively manage its parcel tax obligations and continue providing valuable services to the community.
