Description
The City of Pasadena’s winter shelter is a low-barrier-to-entry hypothermia prevention program which addresses the temporary shelter needs of people experiencing homelessness during the period in the winter season where the region usually experiences the most inclement weather. The City expects the winter shelter to run from December 1 through March 31 of each program year.
