Description
Gegenstand der Beschaffung ist der Abschluss einer bedarfsorientierten Abruf- Rahmenvereinbarung über anwaltliche Beratungs- und Unterstützungsleistungen im Bauvergaberecht. Der Auftragnehmer soll die Generalverwaltung sowie nachgelagert ggfs. die Institute und Einrichtungen der Max Planck Gesellschaft bei der rechtlichen Beratung im Bauvergaberecht (GWB, VgV, VOB/A, HOAI, AHO, RPW und angrenzende Bereiche) sowie bei der weitgehend eigenständigen Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Vergabeverfahren, insbesondere zur Vergabe von Planungsleistungen (HOAI-/AHO Verträge und vergleichbare Verträge), unterstützen. Nähere Einzelheiten sind den Vergabeunterlagen, insb. der Leistungsbeschreibung (Anlagenrubrik A) sowie den Verträgen (Anlagenrubrik B) zu entnehmen.
