Description
Omnitrans is seeking proposals from qualified Contractors with experience in public sector safety management to provide and fully implement a new Safety Data and Learning Management Software System (SDLMS) that will replace the current Excel, hard copy, and paper form systems. The Contractor shall review and evaluate OMNITRANS's proposed functional requirements, System Requirements and provide a written recommendation to OMNITRANS to further evaluate and develop System Requirements, if any. If further requirements development is necessary, the Contractor shall provide a written plan on gathering those requirements. The ideal Contractor should have notable expertise and experience in safety management application development and implementation, be capable of maintaining and upgrading the SDLMS system with evolving Omnitrans safety requirements and new/changing state and federal safety laws and regulations. The new Safety Data and Learning Management software system shall be fully integrated with Omnitrans, other complementary operational and support systems to meet all Omnitrans data capture and reporting needs as described above. The system will leverage technologies that will improve system reliability and provide the scalability for Omnitrans future growth.
