Description
The City of Hialeah Transit Department is seeking proposals from qualified Contractors to provide circulator services for the two routes with multiple transfer points. The routes are designated as the Marlin Route consists of (4) four buses and the Flamingo Route consists of (5) buses. The Proposer will provide expertise and services, system management, and all personnel and services required for operation and maintenance of the service. The City will provide oversight of the service through its Transit Manager and will provide administration, marketing, and public information services. No other services will be provided by the City.
