Vendor needs to provide golf shop merchandising services for clear creek golf course include merchandise procurement, inventory management, merchandising, manufacturer relationships, special–order services, promotional support, tournament merchandising, custom–logo merchandise, and related merchandising services.• Provide, maintain, and support an independent modern Point–of–Sale (POS) system capable of inventory tracking, reporting, and retail sales management.• Supply, own, and maintain all retail inventory and merchandise.• Manage all purchasing, receiving, pricing, merchandising, stocking, and inventory control functions.• Maintain adequate inventory levels to meet customer demand.• Assume full responsibility for inventory shrinkage, theft, damage, loss, and obsolescence.• Carry insurance coverage on all merchandise, inventory, fixtures, displays, and equipment owned by the proposer.• Collect, report, and remit all applicable sales taxes.• Maintain attractive merchandise displays and professional retail standards.
