Instructional Aids, Materials and Athletic Products

The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to establish contracts with quality vendor(s) that provide a wide array of instructional aids, materials and athletic products as outlined in this solicitation for 1Government Procurement Alliance Cooperative Members (Members) as needed. Items may include but are not limited to: • Traditional resources – reference books, lesson plans, workbooks, flashcards, charts, supplemental reading material, listening centers, custom agendas, bulletin board material, etc. • Graphic and interactive materials – physical objects, manipulatives, photographs, illustrations, charts, graphs, maps, multimedia, movies, games, video clips, lab equipment, etc. • Presentation items – lecture notes, slideshow applications, interactive presentation software • Assignments and assessments – classroom assignments, quizzes, essays, tests and group projects • Athletic and physical education supplies
