ASM-2595 - USA (Salt Lake, Utah) - Third-Party Property Management Services - Deadline July 31,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide third–party property management services to the government authority located in Salt Lake, UT. – Transition and Staffing: Prepare and implement a transition plan; transfer and reconcile records, funds, keys, contracts, work orders, and data; identify urgent risks; and provide qualified staff, supervision, backup coverage, training, and 24–hour emergency response.– Leasing and Resident Administration: Market units and administer applications, waiting lists, eligibility, leases, certifications, move–ins, renewals, transfers, move–outs, resident communications, rent and subsidy collections, delinquencies, complaints, and lease enforcement.– Financial Management: Prepare budgets and forecasts; maintain property–level accounting, receivables, deposits, payables, and bank reconciliations, and financial controls; and provide timely reports, variance explanations, and audit, owner, lender, and investor support.– Maintenance and Asset Operations: Operate an electronic work–order system; respond to emergencies; complete unit turns; conduct preventive maintenance, inspections, and life–safety checks; and manage vendors, warranties, casualty matters, and capital work.– Management Plan and Transition–Out: Provide a property–specific management plan and, upon termination or reassignment, promptly transfer all records, files, data, funds, keys, contracts, work orders, and other property materials.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 17, 2026.
