(1) Vendor needs to provide roadside toll collection system to the government authority located in Morrisville, NC.         – Design, installation, commissioning, and operations and maintenance of the new agency for the Expressway.• Zone Controller • Automated Vehicle Identification (AVI) system• Image Capture & Processing Systems  • Automatic Vehicle Detection and Classification • IT Service Management systems; • Supporting electronics, devices, and associated communications Equipment.• Redundant toll host system (including transaction processing and reporting); • Interfaces for all applicable external elements; • Integrated Digital Video Audit System  • Audit application for transaction reconciliation; • Operations reports and analytics; • IT Service Management systems  • All required local wide area (LAN), and wide area networks(2) A mandatory pre–bid meeting will be held on July 1, 2026.(3) All questions must be submitted no later than July 15, 2026.
