(1) Vendor needs to provide pre–employment psychological assessment services to the government authority located in Arlington, VA. – Provide pre‑employment psychological assessment services for candidates applying for safety‑sensitive public safety positions.– Services will support the hiring, placement, retention, and operational readiness needs of the County.– Includes professional psychological evaluations consisting of clinical interviews, standardized testing, analysis, and written professional recommendations to determine a candidate’s psychological suitability for employment.(2) Pre–bid meeting will be held on August 11, 2026.
