On-Call Engineering Services for Utility Improvements

The City of Milpitas (“ City ”) is seeking q ualification s from consult ing firms (“Firm”) for professional engineering design and construction support services (“Services”) to be performed on various u tility improvements some of which are referenced in the City’s Water Master Pla n, Sewer Master Plan and adopted Capital Improvement Program . The Services sought under this Request for Qualifications (“RFQ”) are set forth in more detail in Attachment A attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference. Firms shall provide professional staff who are well-qualified and have the necessary experience and skills to provide engineering design and construction support services for utility improvement projects referenced in the City’s Sewer, Storm Drain, and Water Master Plans, and adopted Capital Improvement Program (CIP). Based on the quality of qualifications received, the City will establish a list of Firms on an “On-Call” basis to solicit future proposals as projects are approved and budgeted. Firm(s) selected from this RFQ will remain on the on-call list for (5) years.
