(1) Vendor needs to provide construction management continuing services to the government authority located in Jacksonville, FL.– Provide professional construction management services for a project from pre–construction through project closeout.– Distribute bid documents to prospective subcontractors and develop a complete, responsive, responsible bid proposal for the prospective construction Task Order.– Participate in design meetings and provide constructability reviews.– Prepare and update detailed cost estimates at various design milestones.– Act as the Owner's Representative on site.– Coordinate and manage the work of contractors and subcontractors.– Monitor construction progress for compliance with contract documents.– Manage punch list preparation and completion.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 30, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for three years.
