RFQ 2025001 - Construction Management Services Continuing Contract

The School Board of Monroe County, Florida ('School Board') is issuing this solicitation for the purpose of obtaining statements of qualifications from qualified construction firms to provide construction management services on a continuing basis for various capital improvement projects throughout the Florida Keys. In accordance with Section 287.055, Florida Statutes, the School Board desires to enter into Continuing Contracts with one or more qualified firms to provide construction management services on an as-needed basis for projects involving new construction, remodeling, renovation, life-safety, maintenance and repair projects, all with an estimated construction cost not exceeding $7.5 million per project. The scope of services to be provided by the selected Respondents will be identified on a per-project basis and will vary in scope, size, and complexity depending on specific project needs. School Board anticipates award of Continuing Contracts to multiple construction management entities. All interested Respondents are encouraged to submit their qualifications.
