Neighborhood Clean-Up Program (Revised)

The purpose of this NOFA is to identify a qualified organization(s) or entity to design and manage an innovative neighborhood clean-up program in the City of Pontiac. The program should provide year-round work and job training, focusing on lawn mowing and debris removal in vacant lots, alleys, and commercial areas. It aims to equip participants with essential skills, including operating equipment and ensuring worker safety, in compliance with OSHA standards. Additionally, the program seeks to foster participant employment and career development through sub-recipient agreements with the City of Pontiac.
