The City of Thousand Oaks is seeking a qualified consultant for the preparation of an Initial Study (IS) / Mitigated Negative Declaration (MND) , to meet the requirements of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) for a project at 1651 Lynn Road (APNs 660-0-030-165), to allow the subdivision of a vacant 4.28-acre residential lot into nineteen (19) residential lots to accommodate the construction of eighteen (18) single-family residences, the construction of a pool amenity, a private road, removal and encroachment into the protected zone of various oak trees, including new walls, hardscape, landscape, and grading.
