Information Technology Outsourcing

Modern IT managers are asked to wear an array of hats; infrastructure, cloud software, security, data management, network, and beyond. As technology continues to advance so does the opportunity of specialization within each of these buckets. In order to keep up with that rapid pace, SACOG is seeking one or more qualified vendor(s)/contractor(s) to provide a wide range of IT services. The services would include: support end users remotely and on-site (as needed) provide ongoing network security network administrations identify and manage IT system vulnerabilities and risks maintain the network and recommend changes to hardware, systems, policies, and processes, as needed ensure backup systems, security patches, and virus and malware updates occur manage and schedule hardware replacement, including providing hardware via third party vendors or resellers and deploying to staff consult and advise on how technology can help SACOG meet its operational goals Proposals will be evaluated based upon best value, per our Evaluation Criteria. Cost Proposals should include annual rates/costs for a three (3) year agreement, with option to extend it for 2 additional years, up to five (5) years total.
