(1) Vendor needs to provide cloud–based software–as–a–service (SaaS) lease and revenue management system. • Commercial–off–the–shelf (COTS), software–as–a–service (SaaS) lease and revenue management system (LRMS) to manage its spaces, agreements, and customers.• LRMS shall enable the Airports Authority to invoice its customers, recognize revenue, track and bill reimbursable utility costs, maintain insurance compliance records, track aeronautical statistics, and provide dynamic reporting and analysis of all LRMS data.• SaaS refers to a cloud–based delivery model in which the selected COTS application is hosted, operated, and maintained by the SaaS provider on a multi–tenant architecture that serves as the single version of truth, in exchange for a subscription license fee.• Maintain a comprehensive inventory of all Airports Authority spaces and facilities.• Link each customer to one or more agreements and provide a consolidated view of all agreements and obligations associated with that customer.• Maintain a centralized, comprehensive database of customers (e.g., airlines, concessionaires, service providers, and other lessees) including organizational profile information.• Provide a customer self–service portal that enables customers to access their profile, agreement–related documents, invoices, and relevant communications• The LRMS shall record digital, online payment transactions, including payment confirmations and references• Track customer compliance documents required by agreement terms, including storage of document metadata (document type, effective date, expiration date).(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 23, 2026 (3) The contract period will be for three years.
