Description
Renovation of an existing 24-unit apartment building. Property will be partially occupied during construction. Interior renovations of units and common spaces including kitchens, bathrooms, finishes, mail/package areas, door hardware, lighting, HVAC systems, and electrical systems. Building exterior work includes additional insulation, rough carpentry, siding & trim, windows, joint sealants, and driveway milling and paving. Funding for the project is from the Department of Housing (DOH) and being administered through CHFA State Sponsored Housing Improvement Program (SSHIP). A mandatory pre-bid walkthrough will be held on Wednesday, May 27th at 2:00 pm. 2 Copies and 1 PDF copy of sealed bids delivered via mail, overnight courier, or messenger labeled: Bid for Florence S.
