The City of Newport News (the “City”) is soliciting pre-qualification applications from capable firms (“Applicants”) to furnish the goods and/or services described herein and applications will be received via the City’s e-Procurement Portal, OpenGov Procurement ( https://secure.procurenow.com/portal/nnva ), to be received no later than 'Proposal Submission Date at 'Proposal Submission Time (local prevailing time). The purpose of this Invitation for Qualified Contractors (IFQC) is to solicit pre-qualification applications for the selection of qualified Contractors to be invited to bid for the provision of all materials, labor, tools, and equipment for construction of the Harwood’s Mill Dam Improvements Project located in Yorktown, York County, Virginia.
