(1) Vendor needs to provide professional consulting services to the government authority located in Wailuku, HI.– Professional consulting services to update, enhance, or rebuild its regional travel demand model (TDM), which supports long–range transportation planning, policy analysis, and project evaluation across.– Software, data, and model platform provide and maintain a modelling software platform update capable of long–range planning, scenario testing, and multimodal analysis.– Multimodal network development develop and maintain roadway, transit, bicycle, and pedestrian networks consistent with current and planned infrastructure conditions and aligned with countywide development plans.– Forecasting and scenario analysis evaluate travel time reliability, network resilience, multimodal Performance, and identify congestion pain points for further analysis.– Model development and modernization update or rebuild the agency travel demand model using industry–accepted methods.– Technical analyses and reporting– Stakeholder coordination and communication(2) The contract period will be for one year.
