(1) Vendor needs to provide design–build services to the government authority located in Independence, MO.– Design, engineering and construction or repairs of the new and existing sidewalks will hereinafter be referred to as the project.– Project will be delivered over two main phases, preconstruction and construction phases.– design and construction activities, including, survey, geotechnical investigation, traffic or pedestrian studies, utility relocation, environmental investigations, preparation of preliminary, right–of–way and final design plans and complete construction services.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 7, 2026.
