The City of Norfolk (the “City”) is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide the design, fabrication, installation and maintenance of the digital wayfinding signage display. Successful contractors will oversee the content management for the kiosks as part of the comprehensive St. Paul’s Kindred neighborhood transformation - Critical Community Improvement projects (CCI). The system shall be designed, fabricated, and invoiced by June 30, 2026.
