Industry Day for Digital Signage System

The Greater Orlando Aviation Authority (Aviation Authority) is holding a virtual Industry Day for gathering information for the upcoming solicitation for Digital Signage System (DSS). The Industry Day will be held at 9:30 a.m., Thursday, May 2, 2024, for information and planning purposes only and does not constitute a Request for Proposal. In addition, one-on-one meetings with the Aviation Authority will be held from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. on May 2, 2024, and from 8:30 a.m. to noon on May 3, 2024. To sign up for a time slot for these virtual one-on-one meetings, please RSVP to ITPurchasing@goaa.org by 5:00 p.m., April 30, 2024. Interested firms are invited to attend this virtual meeting to learn more about the opportunity and to provide feedback on potential premium level of services to maintain and manage the Aviation Authority’s cutting-edge signage technologies. The DSS provides enhanced displays of various sizes and shapes to deliver information to the public on wayfinding, airline check in, emergency messaging and more at Orlando International Airport.
