SORTA is seeking bids from suppliers who can supply and deliver on an as needed basis bus brake components and kit(s). It is the desire of SORTA to enter into a firm, fixed price Contract with the successful Bidder(s) who agrees that the prices quoted are firm and fixed for the duration of the Contract. The unit price as bid will apply regardless of the actual quantity purchased per order.
